Hi, I'm Chris Helzer, the owner of Helzer Consulting, LLC. I provide a range of technical consulting services in the wireless telecommunications industry, focusing on the intersection of engineering with strategy, business, product, and regulatory.

I have 25 years of experience in industry and government, including working as the chief engineer in the FCC's wireless bureau, the director of radio network and handset development at Nextel Communciations, and a variety of consulting positions. I have done network build-out, vendor and technology selection, product management, financial modeling, regulatory and policy work, technology standards, and management of engineering teams. I focus on technical analysis, communication of technical ideas, strategy, and delivery of successful technologies and networks.
